Let's face it. Getting real estate leads is what full time
real estate agents do to keep feeding their families, paying
their bills and serving the community. Top agents work
diligently to keep the calls, emails and other contact
coming in bound and often spend tens of thousands of dollars
on traditional and new media marketing.
With printed media readership down in almost every instance
agents are now, more that ever, required to be cost
conscious about their return on their investment when
searching for real estate client referrals by advertising in
newspapers, magazines and other printed media. Here, too, as
with most other aspects of business management, local

Real estate clients today have access to much more

friends and family still hold very high value in today's
