(The only reason we are not accredited is because we simply have not taken the time to apply!)

If you are purchasing a primary residence that does not quite meet your needs you can, with only 5% down, obtain a purchase and rehab loan, one loan - one closing, to finance both based on the future value of the property! This loan can also be used on an existing home as a refinance/renovation.

We even offer the very rare non-recourse residential investment loan for investors who use their self-directed IRA for real estate investing. Coupled with our other investment funding this may make us the true premier source for real estate investors not in name only but in fact!

Every home buyer and home owner with whom we work is treated the way we expect to be treated. We explain options, procedures and timelines and how the borrower has a great influence on how to slow the process and that is one of the first things we address.

Our pricing is capped in house so it doesn't matter what kind of loan you get on like properties our agents earn no more from one to the other. In other words if you apply for a loan and our agent gives you the choice between a fixed thirty and a fixed fifteen and an adjustable mortgage they earn the same no matter which choice loan solution you choose.
