Kennesaw, Georgia was recently chosen as a Family Circle Ten Best Towns for family living. Kennesaw is an old established city which is very quickly growing. Kennesaw is very rich in Georgia history and is the epicenter for the story of "The Great Locomotive Chase" which was made into a movie and many events during the civil war.

Nearly 20,000 commuter and residential students, including more than 1,700 from 136 countries, pursue their undergraduate and graduate studies at Kennesaw State. The student body is a mix of traditional and nontraditional students with an average age of 26. Approximately 20 percent of students are members of ethnic minorities.

Kennesaw has grown from a sleepy little town of a couple thousand in population just four short decades ago to a bustling little city of over 30,000 today.
