Theirs generally start at four point (four percent of the loan
amount) at closing and 10% interest or more. In addition many of

also charge processing fees, lender fees and other fees that can

Investor Construction - did you know you can build brand
new homes for "pennies on the dollar" of the Cost To Construct
(CTC) compared to the Fair Market Value on the final product? You
can. Generally speaking you can build up to 40% equity. This is
another investment opportunity covered in the workshop. And
something that really sickens our so-called competition is that we
can get many builders into the land and the full cost of
construction. In other words we can secure a loan for up to as
much as 100% of the land acquisition and 100% of the CTC.
