First Time Home
Buying
FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!
So you have finally decided to become a property
owner. You may or may not realize the value of this decision and
almost certainly have never experienced the shopping and borrowing
process. If you have never been to a closing with your parents or
a friend we strongly urge you to attend one of our no cost to you
First Time Homebuyer's Workshops.
Please do not confuse our Workshop with any of the little first time
homebuyer seminars you see advertised in the Sunday paper or at
your local bank. This is a full blown learning experience with
hands on training. It is highly intense and often includes special
keynote speakers.
First Time Homebuyers have special considerations not necessary
for those moving up, down sizing or relocating. There is
furniture, utility deposits, new towels, window dressings and
much more!
Perhaps the greatest anxiety with purchasing your first home
is the expenses and responsibilities associated with home
ownership. Anything that is new and which you have never
experienced can be a little frightening but with the power of
knowledge all of that can change. For information about the next
no-cost workshop contact
Ken Cook.
If you are not interested in attending the workshop you may
still contact one of us directly and we will answer your
questions about the various programs available. We do make
available first time home buyer financing from FHA, Fannie Mae
(FNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), and many private lenders and other
investors.
