FHA Purchase and
FHA Streamline Loan Limits for Atlanta Georgia
This is the loan limit for the FHA
streamline refinance or FHA home purchase mortgages. This
limit is in effect for all FHA home loans in the Atlanta,
Georgia major metropolitan area.
The Economic Stimulus Act of 2008,
pressed for and signed into law by President George W. Bush,
includes a temporary raise on FHA loan limits. As of
February 25, 2009 the FHA loan limit for all counties in
metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia is as follows:
TEMPRORARY CHANGE MAY AFFECT YOUR AREA: The maximum FHA
limit for a county for 2009 will be the higher of the
previous 2008 limit established by the Economic Stimulus Act
(ESA) or the 2009 limit established by the Housing and
Economic Recovery Act (HERA).
