FHA Loan Limit Increase

GEORGIA RESIDENTS 678-946-0100
FLORIDA RESIDENTS 866-946-0120

The President will sign into law a temporary law which will affect the loan limit on FHA home loans. The Economic Stimulus Package of 2008 includes an increase in FHA lending limited to 1.25 times the median housing value in our market area - Georgia and Florida homes. We will have the exact numbers for Georgia and Florida FHA home loans posted here as soon as they are available from HUD. Other sites may speculate but we'll wait for the truth. The increase in the FHA loan limit will certainly come with it's own set of challenges but we will work through them with you as we always have.
