commercial construction/rehab funding up
to 100% of acquisition and construction to 80% of ARV. This deal
requires a strong borrower or borrowers and an acceptable
construction or rehab plan.
You can administer the test to yourself. If you
have enough liquid assets to cover 12 months of payments on the
loan and you have a decent credit score of 640 or higher, and you
have experience in construction you are a good candidate for the
Fully Tabled Commercial Rehab/Construction loan.
